How service areas work

DYVE uses municipality-recognised regional boundaries. A trip can be booked when either the pickup or the destination is inside an open region. If your pickup is outside an open region we still calculate the fare, tell you plainly that pickup is outside, and only show a driver arrival time when a real driver and a real route exist.

What each stage means

Open — riders can book here.
Preparing launch — readiness is being completed.
Driver registration open — drivers can apply; riders cannot book yet.
Temporarily closed — booking is paused.
Planned — the region is mapped but work has not started.

This region opens automatically once the readiness target is reached. We do not announce launch dates.
