Puffy is the assistant built into DYVE. Puffy helps with trip planning, answers and contextual guidance, and never replaces a person — unresolved questions always reach the DYVE team.
Safety, accessibility and transparency
Service animals are always welcome and riders with disabilities are supported. We do not show invented estimates: an arrival time, a fare or a coverage claim appears only when it is real.
How we expand
A region opens when it has enough approved, ready drivers to serve riders properly — not on a marketing date. That is why the Coverage page shows readiness instead of countdowns.

DYVE is based in Canada and settles in Canadian dollars.
